Does anyone have a good corn casserole recipe?
I want to make corn casserole for Thanksgiving, but I see so many different ways to make it on the internet. What is a nice traditional recipe that tastes amazing?
My friends were in need of a corn casserole and I happened to find one out: The Jiffy Corn Casserole.

Ingredients
1 can whole kernel yellow corn, undrained
1 can cream style yellow corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix all together and pour into large, lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.

Does anybody have a corn casserole recipe by Del Monte? They’ve removed it from their website and I gave away my only copy. I printed it in 2006.
