No Casserole
What should I make for dinner?
No casseroles- my family doesn’t like them (although I do). I also need to go grocery shopping, but I have a decently stocked pantry.
Cajun chicken and roast sweet potatoes
I’m having a Christmas Party for about 25 runners (after a run!). I’m in charge of feeding them. HELP!?
What I have so far: No Meat-Baked Ziti with Ricotta and Mozzarella and chunky tomato sauce, Italian Sausages with peppers and onions, loaves of Italian Bread, and probably a big bowl of salad.
I want to make at least 2 more EASY and FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE dishes that taste good and will make people feel all Merry! Something that goes with above.
*Something you can make in those large disposable tin pans, I think.
No casseroles with chicken & rice & broccoli, yuck!

My husband is an unhealthy eater?
My husband eats junk food all the time. He is very picky and doesn’t eat any vegetables other than potatoes and corn on the cob. He will eat green grapes and green apples and that’s the only two fruits. No casseroles, unless it’s hashbrown casserole with no onions. And no ground beef unless it’s burnt in the skillet when I make tacos. It’s insane how picky he is and extremely unhealthy. My 2 year old daughter and I usually make something healthy to eat and he eats junk when he comes home. I’m very worried about his health in the years to come and even now and I don’t know if he needs to take vitamins or what. I have tried tricking him with things such as whole wheat pasta and he isn’t willing to try ANYTHING. Please no rude comments and thank you for your help.
Oh and he drinks those Full Throttle energy drinks at work and hides them in his office.
Be very careful what you wish for! After all, I am sure you have a few bad habits of your own.
A lot of times the spouse of an alcoholic will worry and talk to all of his/her friends about the alcoholic’s problems. He/ she will go on and on about what a bad influence the alcoholic is, but never once do they own up to their own problems or shortcomings.
Anyway, all of a sudden the alcoholic decides to get clean. He or she works very hard to better themselves and suddenly the spouse has nothing to complain about. Anyway, the now recovered alcoholic now tries to help the spouse change their bad habits and is met with ‘I stood by you for years while you were a drunk! Don’t tell me how to live!” Eventually, said alcoholic gets tired and leaves spouse.
Now spouse is left alone and can complain once again to friends/family about how bad their life is because they helped out the alcoholic and he/she did not appreciate it. Meanwhile, the kids also want to go live with exalcoholic because he/ she is a lot more stable and fun to be around than spouse.
Make sure your side of the street is clean before telling him to clean his.
