I have some very thin short egg noodles, are these ok for tuna casserole?

I would like to make a tuna casserole, but these are the only noodles I have. They are thin and short.

Any pasta works in a tuna casserole.

Can I substitute carrots for peas in tuna casserole, and if so, will it taste just as good?

the beauty of tuna casserole, or any casserole really, is that you can add what you like. I think it will be fine. You could also add some green beans

What kind of vegetable sides would go well with cheesy tuna casserole?

My family love tuna casserole with lots of cheese. I never know what two vegetable sides compliments or goes well with the tuna casserole.

Well when I make tuna casserole I put diced peas and carrots in it. Mostly for color, but then it makes it pretty much a complete meal in itself. But if you do or don’t make it that way I would serve a nice green salad or something like a mandarin orange salad with greens with it. Then you would hit your fruit group also.
